The atg airports Micro 200 CCR, utilises IGBT H bridge technology and is specifically designed to provide a sinusoidal waveform power source to lighting circuits containing both LED and conventional lighting fixtures, plus other electronic devices.
This Constant Current Regulator is fitted with state-of-the-art electronics that monitor and adjust the output waveform many times per second to produce a sinusoidal output. Overall, these provide superior responses to load changes and circuit switching, improved protection against overcurrent or open circuit fault conditions whilst delivering superior power factors without compromising on a minimised harmonic content.
The Micro 100 Constant current regulator is a microprocessor-controlled unit integrating a high-speed control and protection loop. The control system drives a pair of power thyristors providing phase angle control to the series circuit.
These units can be operated by the airfield lighting control and monitoring system via various methods, including:
- Hardwired control
- Profibus
- JBUS
- Ethernet
- TCP/IP
A huge range of information can be seen without the need of a laptop or other device on both CCR’s thanks to their front-mounted display.
